Cibo’s menu of simple, yet inventive dishes has been created by our talented Executive Chef Neil Taylor. Neil’s imaginative culinary skills, coupled with precise food preparation and execution, result in a number of adventurous menu creations that must be experienced – creations that center on the use of fresh, natural, and unique ingredients from the finest local and Italian suppliers. Most importantly, Neil’s dishes possess a subtle myriad of pleasing flavors and textures, with a simple combination of color and plating that yield the ultimate in rustic, Italian cuisine.

Cibo Trattoria’s 50-seat, intimate dining room is the perfect spot for private parties and gatherings. For a smaller group (10 – 12 seats), try our elegant and luxurious dining space, The Madonna Room.
